We understand that insurance and billing information can be quite confusing. As a courtesy, we will verify your insurance prior to scheduling your first visit. However, to get the most out of your insurance coverage, it is best to contact your carrier directly ahead of time. It is ultimately the patient’s responsibility to know his/her benefits.

It is your responsibility to notify the office of any changes in your insurance policy or status immediately. Failure to do so will result in you being 100% responsible for payment of any denied services.

Non-insured patients will be provided a self-pay rate.

Payment is required at the time of service prior to seeing the physician.
